Exchange Policy

At Maa Padmawati Jewellers, we maintain a strict exchange-only policy to ensure transparency and product integrity. We do not offer returns under any circumstances.

No Return Policy

All purchases made from Maa Padmawati Jewellers are final. We do not provide refunds or accept returns once the product has been sold.

Exchange Eligibility

Products can only be exchanged if they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original bill/invoice. The final decision on eligibility rests with our team after inspection.

In-Store Exchange Only

All exchanges must be done by visiting our physical store. We do not offer exchange services via courier or online requests.

Price Adjustment

The exchange value will be calculated based on the prevailing market rates of gold, silver, or stones at the time of exchange. Any difference in amount must be paid by the customer.

Important Notes

Customized or specially made jewellery may not be eligible for exchange. Minor variations due to usage or wear may affect exchange value.
